Adam Clagg is married to the love of his life, Jennifer. They have two school-aged daughters. He earned his high school diploma from Berean Academy, a Bachelor of Arts from Welch College (Biblical Studies with Psychology minor), a Master of Arts from Lee University (Youth & Family Ministry), and a Doctor of Education from Liberty University (Educational Leadership).
Adam is an ordained minister and has spent twenty years serving at Covenant Church, near Chattanooga, Tennessee. He enjoys preaching and and leading Bible studies each week. He is currently on the Presbytery Board of the Liberty Association of Free Will Baptists and recently completed 14 years of on the Tennessee International Missions Board.
Over the past 20 years, Adam has been active in the greater Chattanooga community as a board member of the J.A. Henry YMCA, a committee member and chairman of Youth Leadership Chattanooga, a spiritual director for the Chattanooga/LaFayette Emmaus Community, a member of the planning committee for Worship Chattanooga and a 2009 Graduate of Leadership Chattanooga.
Dr. Clagg is a dedicated life-long learner and teacher. He is on the editorial board of the D6 Family Ministry Journal, serves on doctoral dissertation committees, and has taught for two universities as an adjunct professor. He is reads about 50 books each year and has written and edited for various publishers and websites.
Adam enjoys traveling, especially to Walt Disney World. He is also a fan of science fiction movies and T.V. shows.
